Six players, but only one winner, and that was Paul. Of the five doubles and one singles games played,
Paul was on the winning team in four of the doubles games, and won the singles game with a Bell.
We played with the American Army's Gulf War deck of cards, (see pictures below),
esp. brought in by air one day after they were issued. Thank you Mannix.
The now standard row about the rules ended with all players still playing, and even talking.
John's food was excellent, breaded chicken breasts, boiled new potatoes and mixed salad.
All gin stocks were exhausted and loads of red were absorbed. An early start led to an early finish - 3.00am.
